Our Management Team
Barry J. Friedman, CPA, is the HomeActions CEO and brings more than 35 years of experience in accounting and technology marketing to real estate professionals through HomeActions. Barry is also the founder of BizActions, a digital communications platform built for professional services industries, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of GovCon, where he developed an online electronic commerce community that brought together thousands of IT contractors and hundreds of government entities. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Friedman and Fuller, an accounting and business consulting firm, which was sold to American Express. He earned an MBA in Business Administration from Loyola College.
PresidentAlbert Clark is the President of HomeActions. He oversees industry alliances, directs content selection and manages the sales force. With nearly 20 years of experience in homeowner advocacy, Albert has managed advocacy campaigns and built industry coalitions with organizations such as The National Association of REALTORS®, Mortgage Bankers Association, The National Association of Homebuilders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He received a commendation by President Clinton for his involvement in the President’s National Homeownership Strategy. From a technology standpoint, Albert has always been on the cutting edge of technology.

Lee Sowers is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HomeActions and manages inside sales, telemarketing, sales presentations and special events. With more than 20 years of experience, Lee has spent 10 years in the real estate and mortgage industries where he directed Prudential Real Estate’s NJ Commercial Sales Division, was Director of Business Development for Keller Williams and was a sales and marketing consultant to Equity Source Home Loans and other major mortgage companies. Lee also has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in both management and consulting roles with Fortune 500 companies including IBM, HP, AT&T and Franklin Electronic Publishers where he successfully sold a wide range of leading edge technology products to businesses and consumers nationwide. Lee earned his BA & MA, with honors for computer modeling research, from Rice University and has taught business and marketing courses at Rider and Georgian Court Universities and Brookdale and Ocean County Colleges.
